Applying Leverage & Accountability

PROJECT 1.2:   Create a model that focuses and strengthens the leverage and accountability provided and retracted by the constituents in a coordinated fashion without an intervening body.  This model should:

1. Take into account the characteristics of constituents that enable accountability drift and adjust for such where possible.

2. Enable coordinated and swift decision-making in holding a politician accountable.

3. Include a design that prevents the model from coalescing the control of accountability into a relative static subset of constituents.   Create a design that prevents the model, itself, from evolving into a party-like structure.
