RCV Disinformation

PROJECT #2:   Provide documentation comparing benefits of RCV vs arguments against it.  Arguments against RCV should be weighed in terms of realism (ie, is there no way to offset in practice a threat that is stated as a reason to not implement or ban RCV).  List marketed pros and cons, identifying each in terms of research or studies performed.   Pros/cons not so supported should be listed as such.
